This is a general classes and is structured for all abilities. All experiences are catered for. Gipe will guide you to achieve your goals. You will progress at a pace that suits you. As your asana practice develops, Gipe will start to introduce pranayama – breath control, which will help to increase your, strength, fitness and mental health. Yoga with Resistance bands & Weights Class

This is a general classes and is structured for all abilities. Combining yoga with light weights and resistance training. This class can significantly improve your strength, agility, flexibility, balance, coordination and mental focus through dynamic poses, & controlled slow movements to aid stamina mindfulness practice.
Family Yoga (7+ years)

This is a family class and is structured for all children must be 7+ years old.
Family yoga is family time with yoga, stories, and lots of Fun.

Hypopressives Workshop

This is a general classes and is structured for all abilities. Hypopressives is a unique breath and posture-based method that strengthens the core and pelvic floor, improves posture, and enhances overall body awareness. Originally developed in Spain as a clinical tool for pelvic floor recovery, it has since evolved into a full-body training system suitable for all fitness levels. Whether you’re postpartum, managing pelvic floor concerns, looking to improve breathing and alignment, or simply wanting a low-impact way to build strength, this workshop offers in-person guidance to help you refine your technique and feel the transformative benefits first-hand.
ABOUT GIPE
Gipe is a certified level 3 Iyengar yoga teacher, she has practiced yoga since 2004 after working as a dancer and artistic director. She studied: Feldenkrais, anatomy and body toning in her performance art degree. Gipe runs classes that are friendly to all. She has worked with; children of all ages from preschool to teenagers, adults, elderly and individuals with physical restrictions and learning difficulties. Because of Gipe's theatre background, she brings energy, creativity, and fun to her classes. Gipe has a MSc in psychotherapy. She has a deep interest in human science and creativity. It is her Iyengar yoga and Feldenkrais practise which helps her to grow and combine her interests into a person centred science of wellbeing.
Iyengar yoga Teachers Certification
Only certified teachers teach genuine Iyengar yoga, and hold the Iyengar Yoga Teachers Certification Mark, a sign of excellence, clarity and depth of understanding. To use this logo, Iyengar teachers must be properly trained and maintain their development. Gipe is a level III certified Iyengar yoga teacher.
